Optical drive not detected

Hi guys

I'm having dell inspiron 3521, its all working fine but 3 days before may be 4 days my laptop stops detecting ODD. I did all as instructed in the following link but noting happens. I have also attached an screenshot while running diagnostics in support website. what to do guys? help me, thanks in advance
