OpenGL 3.3 support

I recently got a refurbished Dell Latitude E5510 and I went to install blender and a message pops up saying "A graphics card and driver with support for OpenGL 3.3 or higher is required. Installing the latest driver for your graphics card may resolve the issue. The program will now close."

I have searched around for the correct drivers but I cant find anything on intel and the only drivers offered here are for windows 7 that i could find, and I currently have a 64 bit windows 10 installed
