No Webcam Driver for Dell Inspiron 3537

I am so shocked to find that, though this device is discontinued, that there is no webcam driver held within any details for this device of such a reputable company.

There is no instruction as to where to find help with a matter like this, then I am going to be told that my warranty and the likes has long expired, and I cannot get no help because I have not paid for a premium service. 

This is not good for the personal computer user, considering this device is my mum and dad who are in their 80s, I am presuming that your service, would like them to enter their pension to by another PC that will only work till its warranty runs out.
