No Service tag Number for a Dell Backup Plus External 1 TB hard Drive
I purchased this external hdd from an online website and it has now stopped working. When I try and go on dell support online, I need to enter a service tag number and my product does not have a service tag number.. I have entered all the other numbers printed on the hard drive but it does not recognise any of these numbers... Desparate.. please help.. Sharad CN: 04RPHY-72627-31H-029S SN: NA52YXAS PN: 1F5AP4-500

Only systems carry service tags - not peripherals.
