NEW 310M Wireless Gaming Mouse, Problem with Command Center

Hello,

I own an Alienware 15 laptop for 5 years and yesterday I bought a 310M Wireless Gaming Mouse. I tried to change the settings to the extra programmable buttons but the Command Center does not give me any option. I updated the Command Center, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and when I tried to install the Peripheral Drive it said that it already has the latest version but still when I enter the Command Center there is no option concerning the mouse.

I do not know what else to do and what else to try for my pc to identify the mouse and its options. (the mouse works normally as a mouse).

Thank you in advance.

Hi

I struggled a lot with this when got the 310m as well. But finally could find out.

In order to customize the buttons:
go to ACC -> FX -> Macros -> Select 310m mouse -> in the list of "ALL MACROS", select one and drag and drop it on the button you want to set on the right image.

If you need any command that is not in that ALL MACROS list, you can create new macro by clicking on the "+" where "CREATE NEW MACRO" is. After creating it, just drag n drop it on the button you want.

Hope this helps!
