Need to reinstall dimension 4100

I had to uninstall and reinstall my whole dell system because of the spyware virus.  Up until this point I could get DELL Support directly on my computer.  It is as if I lost everything I reinstalled.  I was going to uninstall/reinstall window me and was unable to get to the support page of DELL.  In fact, I don't even see Dell located in my computer at all.  Do I need to reinstall the system again!
