Need to Have Dell Windows 10 laptop boot Primary from USB

Hello!

I am needing to have a perfectly working Windows 10 Dell Laptop boot from a USB 3.0 as the primary boot disk, and also use the same disk as storage. The laptop has a HD that only has 30 GB of storage space, and prevents the laptop from updating. The bios is set to boot Fast Boot, and UEFI secure boot. Someone please help me. I have gone as far as formatting the USB as NTFS (as that is the existing file type for the OS(C:). Now I need to know how to move the OS OFF drive C: to Drive (USB).

To clarify: This is an Inspiron 11

I have a 512GB USB and wanted to make that the primary boot disk instead of the integrated HD. I'm curious how I would go about this. A bootable disk is useless since all it does it give you a free windows installer. Copying the files is useless. Please someone help ASAP.
