Need a driver for my ST2210B for Windows 10!

I can't contact Dell because it doesn't even LIST my monitor model # & I need a driver. Could only find one for Windows versions earlier than 2010!   If someone can please help I'd appreciate it. Can't get sound on my monitor because I need a driver.
