My local service don't want to replace my HDD
Hi. My HDD is dying and my local dell service don't want to replace it, because "It is still working". They said to backup my files, and just wait for it to die. I often get blue screen of dead, and my gaming performance got really bad, because all of my games are on it. What can I do? I can't wait 1 to 5 years for it to die completely.

Run diagnostics on the system to check for any hardware failures. If you see any errors, capture images and share them with us.

Note: Keep the charger connected to the system during the test. Also, click 'No' when prompted for an extended memory test.
