media center wont install acrobat, quicktime, real player, or netframework

I just built a computer off a Dimension 9100.  I have a 950 D processor, western digitial harddrive nvidea geforce 7300gt video card, a03 bios and media center.  all is freshly installed, i have one problem, i cant install net framework, quicktime acrobat reader or quicktime.  i dont know why can anyone help

Since your question is software-related, you might want to post in the Windows XP forum. When you do, you'll need to provide more information than what you've given above. I suspect two issues. One, that you have installed XP MCE but not all of the drivers and updates. Second, you are logged in as a restricted user. Please check that, and then see if the forum members in the XP forum can help sort this out.
