Latitude E5440: Seagate Firmware Update Error

Hi,

I am trying to update the following drive using "Kahuna V_ZPE.exe" downloaded from dell.com

Model: ST500LM000-1EJ162, Serial: W762SFP4, Firmware: DEM9

I am getting "Error Unable to identify BIOS HHD0" "Download and use the USB Boot Key or ISO CD image version of this utility"

I have already googled and seen in the Dell Community posts but no solution found. I called Seagate Tech support without any success. Please help.
