Laptop 1150 Lost Power

Hello !!

 

I owned this Inspiron 1150 approximately 8 months; I don't use this a lot, maybe 1 hour a day.

 

On Sunday 8/14/05, I realized that this unit 1150 doesn't have any power according to the LED on the front of this laptop. I measured the AC power cable and it indicated 19.5V output. Please let me know what is wrong with the unit? And how to fix the problem?

Will the system power on? 
The system doesn't have any power.
 
Does the system run on AC power, or battery?  No, the system doesn't run on AC power and battery.
 
Check and make sure that you have a green light on the AC adapter brick.   The green light on the AC adapter is on.

Will the system power on?  Does the system run on AC power, or battery.  Check and make sure that you have a green light on the AC adapter brick.  Whether it is a power problem, or just the light, you need to contact Technical Support.
