KB900 Ubuntu 20.04LTS Drivers

I was wondering if anyone knows where to find drivers for the KB900 keyboard for Ubuntu 20.04LTS. The dell product page has a response saying that there are compatible drivers but I cannot find them. Could someone please help me?
