Iomega StoreCenter ix2-2 need recovery

Good day!

In my storage backup two disks of 2TB was in the RAID1

but once one of disks become at bad status and no rebuilding.

I uninstalled that disk and run dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/my_bad_disk in linux.

Then I inserted that disk in his place and turn Iomega.

Iomega blinks by "Turn" led and no define in network now.

Second disk is normal and I can read it by mounting in linux.

Then I run dd if=/dev/second_normal_disk of=/dev/my_bad_disk in linux

and again inserted both disks on their places but Iomega blinks by "Turn" led and is no define in network again.

How i can to recover my device?
