Intel Raid 1 SCSI?

Hi!

My T1600 has two "HARD DRIVE, 1TB, S3, 7.2K, SGT-PHAR 6G" in RAID 1.

After upgrading to Win 10 my system handles them as a SCSI drive in RAID. I get a lot of diskaccess which slows the system down and wonder if there is something wrong with the driver. This should be SATA III HDDs.
