Inspiron 5558 won't recognize Hard Drive

I have cloned many HDDs to SSDs without a problem. I Cloned my Windows 10, Dell Inspiron 5558 to an SSD and changed out the drive. After powering it up, it goes directly to the Support Assistant page which states no hard drive installed. I put the old HDD back in and it doesn't recognize it either. The BIOS F2 does not see it, F12 does not see it. I can't get past the Support Assist to update the BIOS. Your help is appreciated.
