Inspiron 16 in 1 not connecting to Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 dock Gen 2

Hello,

For work, I have a Dell XPS and use a Lenovo Thinkpad thunderbolt dock Gen 2 and it works great.

Yet, when I try to connect my personal computer to the docking station - a Dell Inspiron 16 2 in 1 - it does not connect to the monitors and other accessories.

Its weird because my personal Dell Inspiron laptop shows that it is charging, but the mouse/keyboard/monitors do not recognize that it is connected to the laptop.

Can someone please help?
