How can I use internal M.2 NVMe SSD as external SSD?

Hi I recently replaced my internal SSD (Toshiba) of Dell XPS 7590 with Samsung Evo Plus. However, when I connect my old SSD using an enclosure, it doesn't work as an external drive. I can see it in device manager under drives but can't see it as a drive in explorer. Kindly Help. Thanks Kushal
