HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GU90N insert disc

Hi everyone, 

few weeks ago, my cd/dvd drive stopped read cd/dvd. Today I tried to repair this, but I give up. 
I tried some tips like:

and I uninstall/instal drivers, open safe mode,check computer management ,check blank CD's, no-blank CD's
I runned diagnostic (F12) - all test passed, 
and... nothing is working....

all the time I want to burn CD/DVD or look what's inside, it says: INSERT DISC
help please
