Headphones are not working and not detected when plugged

So, I bought this laptop last year. And 3 months ago, I forgot to charged my laptop when the battery was low and so the laptop turned off and got corrupted when I turn it back on. I didn't notice it at first, but when I was trying to hear music and plug my headphone, no pop up from Dell Audio popped and the sound just came out from the laptop's speaker, not the headphone. I've searched the whole community for the solution but it was useless. I've re-installed the driver and yet nothing happened. I've tried to install the native driver and nothing happened also.

My laptop is Inspiron 14-3452

Please help me with this problem, it's so annoying.

K_SOP,

Try this:

  1. Press Windows + R, type control panel and then hit Enter, select Hardware and Sound.
  2. Scroll down and select Realtek HD Audio Manager.
  3. Click the folder icon just above and to the right of where it says analog back panel and just below Device Advanced settings.
  4. Uncheck/ Check Enable auto popup dialog when device has been plugged in.
  5. Click OK twice.
  6. Now, restart the computer and check the issue.

Open realtek, click the little folder on the top right hand side next to "Analog" and check the box that says "Enable Pop-UP.

I found no Realtek HD Audio Driver tab...

And my other problem is that my Dell Audio app is not working and I can't install the Realtek driver version compatible with my laptop. When I open the installer, nothing showed up...

huff
