Have a issue with Alienware AW610 M

 

I bought Alienware AW610 M gaming mouse, but my lightnings wouldn't work.

I downloaded alienware command center, but it appears that I have to own personal computer from Dell

I don't have one, but I do own a monitor ( 27" Dell Alienware AW2720HFA)

It doesn't make any sense that I can't use command center and turn on lightnings on the mouse If i paid for the product...
