I configure my Dell inspiron one 2020 to boot directly to windows when commercial power cut off and return back again. It should go straight to my recent desktop and open program. But, now it will only says "Hard-disk drive failure , strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup " and I already replace my harddrive. But still the same error. 

Please help me !!!!
