Got today a AW510K, Alienware Command Center does not start

Hello, I got today a brand new AW510K. When I try to load the Alienware Command Center, the software remains on the blank/white UI and after a few seconds (less than a minute...), it disappears. I have installed the proper driver and version of the Alienware Command Center software, as specified on the product's 'drivers' page. Thank you
