External DVD Drive compatible w Windows 10?

I looked into this, and internally it is showing that the drive is compatible with Windows 7-8.1 (in both 32 and 64 bit), but it doesn't mention Windows 10 directly, however being that the drive came out in 2015 and is still being sold with current Windows 10 systems that are shipping (without internal optical drives), I am inclined to think that you will not have an issue using this drive using Windows 10. If you do end up purchasing from us and have trouble with the drive, please let me know, and as long as tested within the return period we can setup a return.

Don't forget that you need to install dvd player software to view and burn video in Win 10. Win 10 does not have the capability to play or burn dvd video. VLC is free and there are several paid apps for dvd video.
