Error messages

Everytime I turn on laptop, Insprion 8200,  I get an error window saying( WJVEIW ERROR: could not execute main: The system cannot find the file specified.)

Also another error at other times, saying,( An error has occurred on this page. )Then it give the customary info on the error. (Then it says do I want to continue running script.)

 Another error that comes up is when I'm on a website and going through different pages on that website,  I'll sometimes get a error message at the lower left hand corner saying "ERROR ON THIS PAGE") and then I can't get any further. I have to somehow get around it or forget that page. There  is no crashing involved when these errors happen. Just aggravation.

 What gives with all these error's?
