DVD write error - E 05:37:17 Failed to Write Sectors 64 - 95 - Reason: Program Memory Area Update Failure

Hi , 

I get this PMA error and no clue how to resolve this. i was able to write earlier.

I'm using Dell Inspiron 3542 with Intel Core I5-4210U, 4 gb ram, 64 bit

Windows 10 Home single Language version 1903 OS build 18362.900

Issue: Unable to write DVD. I was trying to write ISO image using ImgBurn and get this error, tried Nero and PowerIso.. all failed to write.
