Dropped laptop and start up issue
I recently dropped my laptop and i get the following error on start up
No Internal Hard Disk Drive found
No bootable devices
I thought my hard disk failed and I bought a new solid state HDD and replaced it, but I still get the same error upon start up, its puzzling because when i run the PSA it detects the new hard disk and no other errors where found.
Should i replace the mother board? how do I resolve this? experts please help!!

Yes, but did you simply copy the ISO to a flash drive, or did you use a utility like Rufus to write it to the flash drive? Simply copying it (which is what would produce the error you saw) will not render the flash drive bootable. You must write the image to the flash drive.

The new drive is blank - you'll need to locate the recovery media you prepared when you received the system, boot from that and reload the OS onto the drive.
If you did not prepare recovery media and the system was running Windows 10, you can get that from Dell or Microsoft. For earlier OS versions, you'll need to contact Dell to purchase a set of recovery media for your system.

Thanks for your suggestion, I tried it by getting the image on a DVD and tried to boot from the CD/DVD drive and got the following error
EFI\Microoft\Boot\BCD
The boot configuration data for your PC is missing or contains error
any thoughts??

It isn't clear how you went about "getting the image" on a DVD. How did you do this? It sounds like you did not write the image correctly to the disc.

I went to Microsoft site to get the Windows 10 ISO file image from a different computer and burnt it to a disk and loaded it to the laptop having the issue
www.microsoft.com/.../windows10
The above is where I got it.
