Docking D6000

I found the problems with our laptops while try to present on the second screen via the docking (D6000) which it worked before.

Windows 10 1909.
- Cables connected correctly.
- DisplayLink USB Graphics MSI installer for Windows version 9.2 M3 installed.
- Make sure to select the duplicate screen mode.
- The Windows already up to date. 

Finally I found the problem is the drivers was disabled. I'd like to know why it was disabled by it own.
