Dimension 2400 Bios will not detect hard drive.

 I tried reading all the old posts regarding this issue but I still could not get it solved. I tried changing another hard drive and the power led just lights green and nothing happens when I revert back to the original hard drive this comes out but tried to change the settings on the bios but still it says not detected. Added photos for reference.

 By the way I also tried changing the cables from hard drive and still the same issue. Hope somebody can help thanks.
