Dell Wireless Keyboard and Mouse- KM636 USB device not recognized

Hi team,

I tried to work out why my bundle mouse and keyboard no longer works on both my Windows or Mac laptop. I bought it last year September and it should be under warranty. My only problem is, I couldn't find the Service Tag which makes it even harder to proceed in contacting Technical Support (Australia)

Is there anyone who could assist me on this?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
