Dell T5600 doesn't see Dell PERC H710P in BIOS
Hi Everyone,
I have an old T5600 that I am currently upgrading to better specs. I recently got rid of my spinning hard drives and replaced them (4) with Samsumg EVO 870s and made a RAID O with my old PERC H310. In order to upspec the computer further I purchased a Dell PERC H710P Model No: 7GCGT. After installing the H710P the computer is unable to see the PERC Card. I even went into BIOS where it shows where anything is installed in each slot and the slot for the H710P show up empty. The card does power up as I see a green flashing light on it but I am totally lost as to what it going on. If anyone could assist it would be much appreciated.

I managed to get it working by re-installing the previous card then trying it again. It mustnt have been seated properly in the PCIe slot. I am a happy man now. With this card installed I gained another 300-400Mbs of speed compared to using the same drives on the H310 Card.
