Dell Speakerphone – SP3022

Hello,

I’m really interested in purchasing this to use with my Dell monitor and work laptop. The problem is I can’t install the software to my work laptop, it’s managed and installing any apps have been turned off. Is this plug and play, or do I really need the software? Thank you.
