Dell SP3022 not working on M1 Pro

My current setup:

1. Apple M1 Pro (2021)

2. LG Ultrawide 34" monitor

3. Logitech C920E Webcam

4. Dell SP3022 Speakerphone

I have an Apple dongle connected to my macbook that has the webcam (USB-A) and monitor (HDMI) attached. 

I got the new speakerphone and plugged it directly into the monitor (USB-C) and device doesn't show up under System Settings > Sound > Output & Input. I tried plugging the soundbar into the USB-A port of the mac dongle but it still doesn't show up. Could somebody advise?
