Dell Precision 7530 error code 2000-0155 & 2000-0620

I have recently got Dell Precision 7530 and am facing two error codes in the tile and looking for somebody who could help me..!

So I reset the OS once I received it and started installing applications. It was working well in the meantime but it started showing blue screens in its different error codes. My first time looking at the screen was after I installed Dell’s support software and tried upgrading the drivers. After the bluescreen, it usually reboots and show the message “checking media presence…” and sometimes successfully rebooted, sometimes couldn’t find the bootable media and I needed to hardware check on system. So that’s where I found the error codes 2000-0155 and 2000-0620. I’m not sure what is causing 2000-0620 but see 2000-0155 every single time when I perform the test.

I first thought the support software caused the issue. So I reset the OS again and it was fine until I completed installing the applications again (this is the annoying part…!) I’be received the same error codes and see the same situation. Even if I reboot the laptop again, the bluescreen shows up after several minutes without doing anything and it goes into the hardware test mode if the laptop couldn’t find the bootable media.

My second attempt was switching the SSD slot to the other slot as Dell Precision 7530 has two slots. However, it didn’t help and showed the bluescreen and same error again.

I’m using CrystalDiskinfo and it says the SSD is healthy though I’m not sure the application detects what level of faulty.

After the attempt of switching the SSD slot, I’m now suspecting the issue with the hardware having trouble with reading SSD properly, which may mean an issue with motherboard I’m guessing.

The other attempts that I could try are replacing SSD (thoug CrystalDiskinfo says it’s healthy) or reset the OS again and wait until the bluescreen shows up (I wonder if any application installation causes the faulty of SSD…).
