Dell Poweredge R720 detecting a non existent drive (Ignore Wrong Thread)

Hi there,

I have a Dell Poweredge R720 and have run into some minor issues. When we first installed the SSD into the server, we put it in the wrong bay (Bay 1) after shutting down and then moving the drive to bay 0 for prep of the os installation, we got this error Drive 1 is removed from disk bay 1. There is currently only 1 drive installed on the server

It sounds like the server is still trying to recognize the SSD in the original bay (bay 1) even though it has been moved to bay 0. This could be due to a configuration issue in the server's firmware or operating system.

One possible solution would be to access the server's BIOS settings and check the disk configuration. Make sure that the server is set to recognize the SSD in the correct bay (bay 0). You may also want to check for any firmware or driver updates that could address this issue.
