Dell Inspiron 7437 No Bootable Device found only on restart

I have a Dell 14 7437 that the HDD failed on stating the recovery partition was missing or corrupt. I ordered a recovery flash drive from Dell, ran the recovery and them was able to clone the HDD to an Adata 256gb SSD. Everything works well and the computer boots with no issues and the diagnostics run with no issues. Then when I install updates or try to restart the pc (restart not shut down) I get the black screen stating no bootable device found. Once this happens I run the diagnostic and it states no hard drive installed. Once I power the pc off and turn it back on everything boots up normally and no issues are found again. Not sure what is going on. I would appreciate any help. FYI UFEI Boot shows windows boot manager, secure boot is enabled, and SATA operation is AHCI. I tried downloading the Intel Smart Response Technology and it stated device not supported.
