DELL G5 5500, 2nd SSD
Hi,
I am using a DELL G5 5500 laptop since last year. I kept the original SSD and installed an extra "Sabrent Rocket Q 1TB NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 Internal SSD High Performance Solid State Drive R/W 3200/2000MB/s (SB-RKTQ-1TB)" on it last December and it worked fine until last week. I can't find the SSD on BIOS and disk management on Windows 10 shows:
Disk 0
Unknown
No initialized
I tried to run a check on the BIOS and it showed a warning (SATA operation mode is set to AHCI):
"PCIe - Training warning on device PCI tag-3B00 VendorID-1E9x DeviceID-91xx sVid-12xx sDid-22xx Link Degraded, maxWidth = x4, negWidth = x2"
I have already used Dell SupportAssist to update everything to date.
Is there anything I can do to get my SSD to work? Thank you.
