Dell External USB Slim DVD +/- RW Optical Drive DW316
I bought the Dell External USB Slim DVD +/- RW Optical Drive DW316 thinking I could burn dvd/cds. Did I buy the wrong DVD player or is there some way to burn to this DVD external drive? I can't figure it out.

Hi
Is it recognised as being 'present' in the OS (what/which OS is running)?
Have you tried something excellent like ANYBURN or any burner software?

I'm running windows 11 and it does read the drive. The zip file you posted is the one I have. It's Cyberlink Media Suite. I don't think that has anything to do with burning to DVD. Thank you for your help.

@anne_droid I did some online searching and it looks like I should be able to burn with this drive. It didn't come with any directions. Looks like I have to do some more searching on how to use it. Thank you for your help
