DELL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ATTITUDE ISSUE
I recent bought an upgrade m2.SATA for my XPS 13 model 9343.
Dell support gave me the wrong type of m2.SATA for my XPS. They sold me M2. 2280 PCI Express 3.0x4. This module did NOT work on XPS 13 9343.
I called support and they passed me around for multiples time and agents, but refuse to give me an exchange for the right part for my XPS. They gave me the reason "out-of-return" time 30 days.
They did NOT take any responsible for gave me the WRONG info and module (!)
They are really DON'T CARE customers issue after they already got your money!
What kind the monkey business on this day in Dell service!
WE SHOULD NOT BUY ANY THING FROM DELL!
THEY SHOULD REMOVE "CUSTOMER CARE" POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE!
