Dell Canvas 27 still worth it in 2022?

I'm considering buying a refurbished Dell Canvas 27 as a replacement for my photography monitor. However I'm aware it's a few years old now (2017?), and don't see many equivalent devices (stylus capable, high colour accuracy, etc), especially at the same sort of price point (this refurbed model is around £1000)

Would this still be a worthwhile purchase in 2022?

Are mounting brackets that would allow this to transition from vertical to near horizontal available and easy enough to get hold of for this monitor? (are they even a thing?!)

Are there any high quality (100% Adobe RGB) equivalents, or is it the vastly more expensive for a smaller Wacom Cintiq or nothing? (well, I guess there will be smaller, cheaper, less good options)

I'm assuming it's a half decent monitor as well as being touch capable?

I did try an XP-Pen 15.6" device and just didn't get on with it - I do have the same worry with this to be fair, so it might be returned fairly quickly!
