Candy Crush Saga, Minecraft, iTunes

Not only does Dell sell computers with massive amounts of bloatware, but they make it un-removable? Trying to use PowerShell to delete them because the system is not capable of deleting them on it's own, and it freezes my PowerShell prompt. What a huge waste of my money, I wish it was worth asking for a refund for this Dell laptop but I know the customer service department wouldn't even respond.

Not sure of iTunes, but Candy Crush and Minecraft are the result of Windows 10 silently installing suggested and sponsored programs onto your computer. Fortunately, this can be disabled with a registry key... https://winaero.com/a-tweak-to-turn-off-automatically-installing-suggested-apps-in-windows-10/

Uninstall any unwanted metro/modern apps by right-clicking on them in the start menu and selecting uninstall from the context menu. If you are using PowerShell to uninstall, are you running it with administrator privileges? That may explain why you're running into errors.
