AW510H Mic and headset issues

Hi,

I am wondering if anybody else is also having issues with mic being chopping an cutting off and also with the ear piece. works great after 1 week the left side of the headset would just go dead along with the mic. People telling me that I am cutting off about 70% of the time. I have checked the setting, equalizer, awcc, and also using my phone with headphone jack and same thing, the mic would not work properly and the left side of the headset would lose sound. The right side how ever works fine.
