Attempting to Repair Windows 10

My Windows 10 wasn't booting up properly so i used the Windows Media Creation Tool to download Windows Setup onto a USB using a different computer.

I'm attemptong to repair Windows 10 in hopes that it'll start booting up properly again but I have one grave concern keeping me from proceeding.

Will the files on my HDD be lost upon repairing with the Windows Setup???
