All my drives fail Dell TOSHIBA PX02SMF020 - A3AC
Dell has mapped the failures of the Toshiba PX02SMF020 drives in versions A3B3, A3AF and A3AE and released the correction firmware. But I have A3AC version disks and I couldn't find the correction firmware for that version anywhere, so I have failed disks.
Do you know if Dell will release the fix for this version too? Or where can I find it?

Did you ever find a way to fix this?
I think it is related to the issue I am having. I've been trying to update to A3AE with the provided Dell provided firmware flash tool, but I keep getting an error message that says something like the update is not compatible with the current system configuration. I tried multiple ways of doing it, including from the one time start various options, directly in Windows 11, in a new install of Windows 10 with the legacy drive architecture going instead of UFEI, from the Dell DDDP Dos USB flash drive setup option, and maybe others. Still no go here.
How did you find out that you have A3AC?
Do you have any other tips to get these drives going?
I have 6 apparently low time, low data written, almost new, drives that I can't get to run, but I'm not totally sure if it is the drives that got broken in somebody else's system, or this firmware issue.
Any tips or suggestion will be helpful.
Thanks
