Alienware x51 R2

I have an alienware x51 r2 Pc and its been running smooth for about 6 months and one day when I restarted it it says internal hard disk drive not found" I've tried all suggestions from the support page and nothing works i also checled all of the sata cables and there seems to be no problem. Please reply if you have information on the subject
