Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Headset USB-C Wireless Dongle only works intermittently

Unfortunately there is no working support product page for this product, only this broken one. But to be clear, I'm talking about the product on this Shop Product Page.

My issue is that when switching to to the 2.4G wireless dongle mode on PC the dongle will not connect more than half the time. The voice in the headset it says 'Dongle connected' and then immediately 'Dongle disconnected'. This can be temporarily fixed by unplugging and replugging the USB 3 dongle. However the USB 3 ports are hard to get at in my dell computer and I'd prefer a better solution. Thank you for your help.

Also a small note on the forum: there's no way to choose an accurate 'Topic' because 'Headsets' doesn't exist in 'Electronics' or any other Category. But I don't mind as long as this gets looked at. Thanks again.
