Alert! Hard Drive Not Found Optiplex 790 now boots to Win10 5 mins later

 So just 5 minutes ago when I turned it on after unplugging it it displayed time and date not set like usual but then said hard drive can't be found. I turned it off for 5 minutes and afterwards it boots up like normal to Win10. Is there something wrong with my PC? also when i was unplugging a plug it made like a electrical failure sound (like a short circuit sound) when i accidentally pushed a little. there is no damage on the back so I don't know and no damage to the motherboard and components.
