AE515M Mic issue always red (mute)

Hi,

I have a setup with a Precision 5500 laptop and a dock station (WD19TB) through a thunderbolt port. The sound bar AE515M is connected throught the USB cable + extension USB cable directly to the dock station, and the jack cable to the audio output.

The speakers works fine, but the button (10) Mic mute is always with the red light and it does not work. I have checked previously some post about that issue and I have already checked that the privacy for mic is setup correctly and it is allowed for example for meetings.

If I go to sound properties, I can see both devices, the mic of the laptop and the mic from the sound bar but if I select the one from the soundbar there is not audio, as the mute is always on.

Any advice to unblock the mute botton?
