The cyberlink software was it a purchase from dell or you purchased it separately.

If its a software sold from dell you can find it in dell digital delivery the link is mentioned below.

Here you email address will be the email address you used while purchasing the system and to reset the password you can use forgot password if you dont remember your sign in password.

If its a third party purchase you need to contact them for support.

If you have the setup file, you can reinstall it back. Some people will delete the setup files after installing the softwares. In such cases, you can use any quality Recovery softwares in the market to restore the exe file. Then install the software again.
