8400 - 3 SATA HD's with Only 2 in RAID 1 ?

Hi All,

I would like to know if it is possible to have 3 SATA hard drives running in my system (besides the space and power issues). More specifically, I would like to have the C drive be my main drive with my OS and applications, and the D and E drives be identicle 160 GB drives in RAID 1 for mirroring purposes containing my music files. If this is possible, what are the correct settings (BIOS, etc)?
